Welcome before using our services, we kindly ask that you read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Helmets must be worn at all times.

2. All guests must remain together and follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

3. Reckless driving, including sliding, speeding, or performing donuts, is strictly prohibited.

4. Overtaking other ATVs is not allowed.

5. Sharp turns on corners are not permitted, as this may cause the ATV to flip.

6. Speeding over puddles is not allowed. This may lead to slipping, drifting, flipping, or falling.

7. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age to operate an ATV.

8. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the experience.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be refunded.

• No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

• Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.

• The tour will proceed rain or shine, unless there is extended heavy rain. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

WEATHER POLICY

The tour operates under most weather conditions, including light rain. However, in cases of extended heavy rain, guests will be offered the option to reschedule for the next available tour or receive a full refund.

USE OF OUR SERVICES

Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. By using them, you agree to act in a lawful and respectful manner, complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our platform—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software—is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from us.
